Our San Marcos apartments housing contracts are 12 months long, starting in August and ending in July, and coincide with the Texas State University calendar.

We offer both furnished and unfurnished units to best accommodate the needs of our residents. Additionally, all of our units include hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, walk-in closets, ceiling fan, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Our apartments near Texas State vary in size. The Brooklyn studio apartment is our smallest available floor plan, at 425 square feet. The Rockefeller two-bedroom apartment is our largest available floor plan, at 960 square feet.

Every resident must pay their monthly installment payment on the 1st day of each month and any payment made after the 4th day of the month is considered late. For your convenience, a payment can be made using our online resident portal or in person at our leasing office.
